This is an amazing company. I’m skeptical about a lot of businesses because of all my bad experiences. After talking to Tim for only 10 minutes I knew there wasn’t a dishonest bone in this guy. Got a brand new roof and gutters. And I even … More purchased three new windows. The crew was courteous and tidy. they left my house and yard looking cleaner than when they showed up. And if you’re a pet owner they go the extra mile to make them feel comfortable during the construction. The owner lined up doggy daycare while they were putting the roof on.

I didn’t know what we were going to do when our insurance denied our claim for repairing the soffit and gutters ripped off our home during the March storm. I had storm damage back in 2020 and the contractor I used did not support me. When the insurance adjuster came by I had no support and thus I had to fund a "patch" job on my roof on my own (not ideal). Fast forward to 2023. Even … More worse storms came through and the roof took even more damage. This time had the pleasure of working with the team at QCAG. What a difference! They stood by me every step of the way, did a thorough inspection and were here to communicate a needed roof replacement to the adjusters. With their help the roof was approved. Then the roofing team did a stellar job and communication from QCAG was excellent throughout the whole process.
